I provide legal assistance in the field of civil law, in particular areas such as torts and consumer claims, real estate and inheritance.
I graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow. I practiced as a trainee advocate at the Krakow Bar and qualified as an advocate in 2017. Prior to this I also gained experience during my studies, through internships at various law firms in Kraków. I specialize in civil law (e.g. torts and consumer claims, real estate, inheritance proceedings), family (divorce, alimonies, parental authority and contacts with children, determination of paternity). I also deal with commercial, criminal and administrative cases.
I offer legal assistance at the pre-trial stage, in negotiations and legal correspondence, as well as later on in litigation.
I speak fluent Polish, English and Spanish. After work I enjoy traveling and getting to know other cultures.
I offer services related to business activity, such as registration of companies in the National Court Register, debt collection, negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts.
My law firm provides comprehensive legal assistance in cases dealing with divorce, parental authority, contact with children, alimony and division of property after divorce.
I provide defence services in criminal cases and concerning misdemeanors. I also act for victims seeking redress in criminal proceedings.
I represent clients in administrative proceedings at all stages: before administrative bodies themselves as well as in administrative litigation before Regional and the Supreme Administrative Court.
I offer legal counseling for foreigners, aiding in different matters; obtaining residence permit in Poland (temporary, permanent or long-term EU residence permit), assinting in the field of both civil and family law, establishing companies and registering activities and also representing foreigners in court before administrative bodies.
I provide professional and comprehensive legal assistance to individual clients as well as business, companies and other organisations. The scope of services includes, among other things, providing legal advice, review and drafting of contracts, assistance in negotiations, preparing written legal opinions, representation before courts, administrative bodies and enforcement authorities (bailiffs).
Fees for our services are determined individually with each client after reviewing the subject matter of a case. The amount depends on the type of case, its complexity and its current stage. Depending on the nature of the case, fees can be fixed as a lump sum remuneration or by adjusting an hourly rate. All terms of payment are determined with a client before accepting a case and starting work.
